The aim of this project was the conception of an application that would simulate the shrink of the hospital medical care offer in case of a major flood in the Île-de-France region. The application could be used in order to plan and reorganize the medical care offer by transferring patients.
The application has two execution modes. On the one hand, it enables a simulation for userdefined parameters with flood, hospital states, and statistics visualization. On the other hand, it can run a series of simulation with parameters variation for purpose. The application was developed using the AnyLogic software and the Java programming language following the agent-based paradigm.
